On behalf of the North Eastern Branch of Association of Otolaryngololists of India we take immense pleasure and honour in welcoming you to the 34th Annual Conference of North Eastern Branch of Association of Otolaryngololists of India (NEBAOICON 2023) at Shillong from 10th to 12th March, 2023 organized by the Meghalaya Chapter of NEBAOI.

As Otolaryngologists we have always persevered to achieve the highest degree of expertise and we aim to bring the best possible medical practices to our patients.

NEBAOICON 2023 to be held in Shillong is one way to celebrate and support the profession. It will be a platform to enhance knowledge, review innovative techniques, learn the best guidelines from stalwarts in our field, and communicate, collaborate and form associations with colleagues from various parts of the country.
